Surprisingly, Bangkok has much less to offer, in terms of numbers of massage schools, than does Chiang Mai.

Located on Sukhumvit between the Phrom Phong and Thong Lo BTS skytrain stations, this school offers a 30 hour course for 9,000 baht.

Wat Pho, 2 Sanam Chai Road, Bangkok. tel: (02) 221-2974. Located southeast of the Ta Tien pier on the Chao Phraya River, Pho Temple hosts the most venerated massage school in Thailand.
Courses vary from one-day foot massage to 30-hour to three-year classes for full body massage courses.
You can also get a traditional massage here for 200 baht, and take courses on medicinal herbs and medicines as well.
The school itself is located outside the western walls of the temple, on Thanon Sanam Chai.
